- How do I create a Pierce Brothers Coffee Roasters™ account?
Go to My Account at the top of the page, from there click "New Account", from their you can
enter your shipping and billing information and if you would like to receive shipment confirmation when your order is shipped
by us. When you are done, click "Save Acct. Info" at the bottom of the page.
- How do I choose weather or not to receive a confirmation email of my order?
Go to My Account at the top of the page, log in if you are not already, then go to My Profile,
scroll down about half way where it says "Mailing Status" and choose eigther yes to receive emails or no to opt out.
- How do I change my password?
Go to My Account at the top of any page, then simply click "Change Password".
- I often ship gifts to friends, can I add multiple addresses?
Yes, go to My Account at the top of the page, then click address book, there you can add multiple addresses
to your account. Just make sure each address has a unique "Quick name", including your own.
- Why do I need to log in?
You don't, but logging in allows you to see all your order history and recommendations, not to
mention having your information auto filled when placing an order.
- Is your site secure?
Yes, you can view our security certificate at the log in page as well as many other pages. In
addition, any credit card information you send to us is put through a 128 bit encyription for you extra protection, and
such information is never stored at our end.
- How do I track my packages?
Currently there is no way for you to track your package on its way to your door, but you can
go to My Account > Order History, there you can view not only your most recent order, but all of the orders you've placed
(if you were logged in at the time). Or if you would like to know the exact status of a current order feel free to call Toll Free 877-24-COFFE,
and we will be happy to track it for you.
- I placed an order for 5 lbs or more, but got no discount, why?
Most likely you've ordered a charity blend, because the charity
receives the proceeds, the discount does not apply to these blends.
- I'm on the menu page, but can't select a grind for my coffee, where can I do that?
To select a grind, you have to click on the coffee name, there you
will be taken to that roasts page where you can select a grind, as well as see other detailed
information about the coffee.
- I want to order one coffee, but get some ground and some unground, can I do this?
Yes, to break up your order this way, order one of your grind preferences
then go back and order the other, but make sure the grind was specified on one of them, or the second will override
the first.
- What is a Tour?
Marked "Coffee by the Month" at the top of every page, a tour is a way for you to
automatically receive your Pierce Brothers Coffee Roasters™ coffee automatically every month, just tell us what you would like every month
during the duration you specify, then just sit back and let us send you coffee every month without you having to
do anything else.
- I own a business and would like to buy Pierce Brothers Coffee Roasters™ coffee, do you sell in bulk?
Yes, we sell coffee in many different sizes and other options, click to find out more.
- I'd like to find your coffee where I live, can you tell me where I can find it?
From the main page; click "find Pierce Bros Coffee near you", or from
any page, at the bottom, click "Retailers list".
- I want to create a private label for my blend, what do I need to do?
Simply call us and tell us what you would like on the label,
from there we will create something, then confirm it with you for your approval.
- I own a business and would like our logo on our blend, what do I need to do?
Send a digital version of your logo to us via email, and we will
put it on a label with our border. For examples of what we can do, visit our custom
labels page
- I would like to create a custom label for my coffee, but how will I know what type of coffee I will get?
When you call us about what you'd like on your label, you can also tell us what type of
roast you would like your coffee to be (ie. dark, flavored, decaf, etc). From their we can decide on something for you
or you can specify further exactly what you would like for your blend.
- Do you sell just beans that I can roast at home?
We do, just click "Green Beans" on any of our order pages, there we offer all the
quality arabica green beans the we roast at our facility, but unroasted so you can roast them at home.
